Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

We confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
